Early learning directors and supervisors, classes are underway, and it’s the perfect time to let everyone know that Second Step implementation is a priority this year.

Take these three simple leadership steps to motivate and support your teachers and to engage families. The tools listed are available to registered users of the Second Step Program on SecondStep.org.

1. Observe a lesson! Download the easy-to-use Weekly Theme Observation Form and set the tone for regular Second Step Program support.

2. Prepare teachers for subsequent units using Check-in Meetings 1 and 2

3. Send home the Home Links. They’re on SecondStep.org in English and Spanish!
