Accounts Receivable Specialist

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team in Seattle! Our ideal candidate will have strong accounts receivable and collection skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently with a large volume of numbers. We’re looking for someone with the willingness to take on a variety of different tasks throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, process, and enter all incoming receipts in an accurate and timely manner
  • Monitor outstanding balances to determine next steps in the collection process
  • Make collections calls daily on past-due accounts
  • Assist in resolving billing-related problems and concerns
  • Effectively communicate with clients and staff in a timely manner
  • Research and resolve client account issues
  • Other projects as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with accounts receivable and collections
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using ERP and CRM software (Dynamics Solomon and Infor preferred)
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with a large volume of numbers
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish a variety of tasks or demands
  • Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team
