STEPS TO RESPECT On-Site Staff Training (1 day)
In the training you will learn to respond effectively to bullying in your school and to implement the STEPS TO RESPECT program system-wide. Training includes sections on:
- Identifying bullying behaviors
- Handling bullying reports.
- Coaching students in bullying situations.
- Teaching the STEPS TO RESPECT program to students.
STEPS TO RESPECT Facilitator Training (2 days)
This training includes all the components of the one-day staff training (see above) plus all the tools and resources you need to conduct your own staff training. Learn how to prepare your school for an effective bullying prevention campaign, from policy development to effective implementation.
