American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Frequently Asked Questions

This year, the federal government is investing an unprecedented amount of money in education under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), commonly known as the “economic stimulus package.” Below are some questions educators are asking Committee for Children about the ARRA. New information about the funds and how they will be disbursed is being released all the time, so we’ll be adding to this page as we learn more. Check back for updates.
