Federal Stimulus FAQ

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Frequently Asked Questions

6. Are there consumables or other costs related to your programs that we would have to budget for in future years?

The SECOND STEP, STEPS TO RESPECT, and TALKING ABOUT TOUCHING programs have no consumables, and can be one-time purchases. Training for Trainers sessions for the SECOND STEP and STEPS TO RESPECT programs teach school personnel how to train their peers in use of the programs. Once someone is trained as a trainer, he or she can train new teachers each year, so training can be a one-time purchase as well.
