Boeing Education Grants
Description: Boeing aligns and leverages resources to support systemic and continuous improvement in school systems. Boeing supports organizations that promote developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs for classroom teachers, caregivers, and parents.

Donors Choose
Description: Teachers can post a project (or curriculum) they need funding for on this Web site. The need must meet the site's guidelines, which state that "all requested resources must be used by students or directly provide a student experience." Donors can donate any amount toward the cost of the item on line. When the item is fully funded, Donors Choose purchases the item and sends it and a thank you kit to the teacher.

eScrip
Description: Schools and nonprofit organizations that are enrolled in the eScrip program receive a percentage of grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases of shoppers who have registered any or all of their cards for use in the program. Every month the enrolled organizations receive all the merchant contributions made on behalf of all participants. A report listing supporters, merchants, and contribution amounts is available online.

Sprint Ahead for Education Grant Program
Description: Grants will fund the purchase of resource materials, supplies, equipment, and software that facilitates and encourages character education among K–12 students. Applications should promote youth leadership, youth volunteerism, school pride, and positive school culture. Character education teacher training and support resources are allowable.
Amount: School district grant: $25,000 maximum; individual school grant: $5,000 maximum.

The Charles Lafitte Foundation
Description: This foundation is committed to improving the “quality of life” of children by supporting programs that encourage children to reach their fullest potential. The best chance a child has to reach that goal is to be provided with sufficient education, health care, housing, and love. RGK Foundation
Description: Awards grants in the broad areas of education, community, and medicine/health. The foundation’s primary interests within education include programs that focus on formal K–12 education (particularly mathematics, science, and reading), teacher development, literacy, and higher education.

Rosie’s For All Kids Foundation
