How to Purchase Our Programs
Order by Purchase Order or Credit Card
When ordering with a purchase order or credit card, choose one of the following methods. Download a product and price list (PDF) to help you complete your order.
- Order by phone: Call us at 800-634-4449, ext. 6223.
- Order by email: Email your completed order form with credit card information or a purchase order to orders@cfchildren.org.
- Order by fax: Fax your completed order form with credit card information or a purchase order to 206-343-1445.
- Order by mail: Send your completed order form with credit card information, check (made out to Committee for Children), or a purchase order to:

Order by Credit Card in Our Online Store
In addition to the methods outlined above, you can order by credit card in our online store. The online store is unable to accept purchase orders.
