Developmental Assets Supported by the STEPS TO RESPECT Program
These "developmental assets" were identified by the nonprofit Search Institute as "positive experiences and personal qualities that young people need to grow up healthy, caring, and responsible." The Search Institute conducts applied social-science research to foster the healthy development of young people.
