Committee for Children and Quantum Shift TV Join Forces for School
Video Contest

Committee for Children and Quantum Shift TV are challenging students from across the United States and Canada to participate in the "Be the Change! Share the Story!" School Video Contest.

*Deadline extended util March 31, 2008!*

Students are invited to work on a social or environmental project of their choice and document their progress in two short videos to be uploaded on the Web. In addition to making a difference in their community, students have an opportunity to win up to $50,000 in prizes for their school.

We at Committee for Children are excited to invite our clients to enter this contest with our project Fight Bullying and Stop School Violence.

Schools that use the SECOND STEP and/or STEPS TO RESEPCT programs can enter the contest by sharing program success stories and documenting activities you are already doing in the classroom, school, and community.

We invite you to review the list of extension and transfer-of-learning activities that can bolster your efforts and assist with accomplishing the project goals.
