The evidence-based Second Step program is taught to more than 10 million U.S. students each year to improve behavior, reduce discipline problems, and boost academic achievement. It teaches Second Step skills such as emotion management, problem solving, assertiveness, and making friends, which are all key to creating an environment that’s safe and welcoming for all students.
