SECOND STEP Pre/K-5 Training
SECOND STEP Pre/K–Grade 5 Training for Trainers (two days)
Gear up to teach the SECOND STEP program effectively and train others to teach it. This training contains all of the information from the one-day staff training below, plus the tools and resources you’ll need to lead training sessions yourself. Participants receive a comprehensive trainer's manual and two staff training DVDs. Professional development credits are available for completing this training.
SECOND STEP Pre/K–Grade 5 Staff Training (one day)
Get hands-on experience teaching the SECOND STEP program to students. You’ll learn best practices for teaching the program, practice teaching the lessons, and discuss ways to make the program work in your setting.
Family Guide Facilitator Training (one day)
Discover how to lead lively and informative sessions with parents and caregivers of SECOND STEP students using the SECOND STEP Family Guide. Facilitators gain skills in training and supporting parents to practice and reinforce SECOND STEP skills at home.
