STEPS TO RESPECT On-Site Staff Training (one day)
Learn how to respond effectively to bullying in your school, teach the STEPS TO RESPECT program confidently in the classroom, and improve overall school climate using the program concepts schoolwide. You’ll learn best practices for teaching the lessons, plus techniques for identifying bullying, handling bullying reports, and coaching students in bullying situations.
STEPS TO RESPECT Facilitator Training (two days)
Learn how to prepare your school for an effective bullying prevention campaign, from policy development to staff training to STEPS TO RESPECT program implementation. Participants receive a comprehensive Schoolwide Implementation Support Kit. Professional development credits are available for completing this training.
