Why Redesign?

You may have been using the Committee for Children website as your go-to place for Second Step Program information and product purchases. As more and more classrooms and districts have implemented our programs, we realized the need for a website dedicated to all things Second Step Program. Learn more about the new SecondStep.org here!

The New Committee for Children Website

We at Committee for Children—the creators of the Second Step Program—have worked tirelessly for nearly 40 years to foster the safety and well-being of children. Our newly redesigned website (still located at cfchildren.org) showcases all the work we do to support and advance social-emotional learning, bullying prevention, child protection, and most recently mindfulness.
