Share Hot Chocolate Talk® Child Protection Tools with Families

In support of National Child Abuse Prevention Month, Committee for Children’s Hot Chocolate Talk® campaign is here to help you engage families and caregivers with free child-protection resources. While early data shows that reports of abuse have dropped during the pandemic, experts are concerned that abuse may actually be increasing.

You can help protect your students by equipping their families and caregivers with tools to establish safety rules and start conversations with children about sexual abuse prevention.

Share the How-to Guides with Families

Our free, easy-to-use, research-based How-to Guides contain practical advice and age-appropriate conversation starters for you to share with parents and caregivers. Click the guide that matches the age range of your students to download and share it with the adults in their lives.

After more than four decades of work in the field, child protection remains foundational to our mission to ensure children everywhere can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Thank you for everything you do to help protect the children in your community. Together, we can create a safer, more just world.

With gratitude,
