HOW WE HIRE

YOUR PATH TO COMMITTEE FOR CHILDREN

We love hiring talented people, and making sure the opportunity is right for you is just as important.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

Finding a new job can be stressful. We want to make the process easier and more transparent. From beginning to end, we’ll provide you with clear communication and clear expectations. We’ll also do our best to move the process forward as quickly as we can to respect your time.

OUR TYPICAL
HIRING PROCESS

  1. Apply

Resumes, portfolios, and personal websites: we love to see all of it. Let us know why you’d like to work with us and why you feel you can thrive here. Even if you don’t meet the exact qualifications, we’d love to meet you.

  2. Recruiter Phone Interview

After a short review period, a recruiter may reach out to get to know you, learn what you’re looking for in your career, and give you an overview of the position.

  3. Hiring Manager Interview

You’ll meet with your hiring manager to share your experiences, learn more about the role, and ask questions about the team and the expectations for the position.

  4. Team Interviews

This is when you’ll get to meet other members of the team and learn about the team’s dynamic and the culture at Committee for Children. At this stage, the hiring manager is usually not present.

  5. Offer!

Do your “I got the job!“ dance and get ready for an exciting new chapter in your career. After you accept your new role, our onboarding team will reach out to get you started on next steps.
